On reading Matthew’s comments on his experience, I can only assume we are not speaking of the same Motel at which we stayed. Sonja and Bernie were most gracious and welcoming. We were offered a discount without requesting one and found the accommodation to be excellent, topped off with an enjoyable breakfast. As hosts, they were knowledgeable about the community and suggested areas we may find of interest. We will certainly stay with them when we next pass through Bairnsdale/// Dear Bill, how nice it is to hear from you, we were very happy to offer you the “Pre Christmas Gift to You” promotion on your arrival. It has been a busy Festive season and it is nice to hear that our guests have enjoyed a trip to Raymond Island to see the Kangaroos and the Koalas or a trip to Buchan Caves which they were not aware of. We are so pleased you enjoyed our breakfast selections, this is a great time for us to have a moment or two with our guests and make the suggestions of places to see while in the area.
